No More Medication is a concert-session by Sarmen Almond (Fellow 2026) presenting her new album conceived as a journey through pieces for sound meditation, deep listening, and reconnection with the body.
Through voice, sound, and presence, the experience proposes a return to a sense of harmony between the physical and psychological body. The session unfolds in two moments: a brief first part dedicated to breathing and somatic awareness, followed by a space for meditation and listening. Breathing is approached as a starting point for relaxation and a more conscious perception of the body: recognising posture, locating areas of tension, and gradually letting go of thought. In this context, sound functions not only as a medium for listening, but also as a practice of presence and transformation.
No More Medication invites us to pause, listen, and inhabit the body from another temporal and sensory dimension.
