Advance sale starts 1st of the month before. Tickets for premieres 14 days in advance.
Written orders will only be processed on the evening of the first day of advance sales. Ticket orders received by fax and email will only be considered valid after confirmation by fax or email.
Reserved tickets must be picked up at the daytime box office at the latest three days before the performance.
Tickets are also available from external ticket vendors and online.
There is no advance sale in Prater (Kastanienallee) but an evening box office which opens one hour before the performances start.
